What is The Youth Project?
The Youth Project is an initiative to fill in the gap between the current university education and market requirement. The Youth Project is created by a group of highly skilled engineers who have worked as team leaders, CXO's and professional developers, and have felt the need to do something about the problem with the current workforce. They realized that in today's industry, "BEING FRESHER IS A MYTH." It does not only focus on teaching the right skills, but the students are not certified until and unless they show their perfect ability to use and present those skills by creating a presentable solution. They exist to carve out the professional inside you.
What's their Goal?
The Youth Project as the name suggests is a platform to give the youth an opportunity to upskill the youth & make them ready for the entry to the corporate world, they believe in practical rather than just mugging up the theory, giving a hands-on experience to each and every student, They have the manpower of 2-10 employees.
The Founders of this Youth E-learning cum training program was initiated by two very young professionals,
Mr. Gaurav Chouhan - who is a Sr. Software Consultant and a Community Speaker, he says: "Apart from having the super-power of sitting on a desk and code for more than 24 hours just to deliver something that will make the world a better place, I am working on democratizing technical education and shape the next generation of engineers and developers, I speak technology and code experiences." he was an integral part of Microsoft Student Partners back in his college days, He believes that it is one of the best platforms for students to learn, socialize, and grow together.
Mr. Devansh Srivastava - is an expert in Blockchain development, has over 4 years of experience in product development, system design, and strategy.
Has done projects in - Spring Boot and related frameworks, MEAN Stack, AWS web application, Optimized Relational DB design, GDPR Implementation. A Young Enthusiast who believes in teaching college students, by communicating & creating a bond with every single student. He believes that intrinsic motivation is the key to learning anything. But there's always a need for extrinsic motivation to move ahead in life, which the TYP provides to students.
What do they do?
they take live sessions, webinars & conduct workshops on Angular, ReactJs, JavaScript, MongoDB, HTML, Advanced CSS. The TYP. community recently organized a 7 days training program on ReactJs where a lot of students from different zones, of INDIA, anticipated actively, and the community says that with such a large number of audience, they tried their best to reach each and every student, making sure that they actually learn by doing the stuff & upskill themselves.
One of the students says: "During Lockdown I joined TYP for this very 7 days training program, I learned JavaScript, Rather than just getting certificates because it's more important to make something rather than just getting certificates".
TheYouthProject has trained over 200+ students, made them a professional in the Web Development Industry, they have amazing Network, with other great professionals, whom they showcase the work that the students, perform at TYP, making a perfect place to begin your career as a fresher, & providing a wonderful experience as a learner.
